SHE
NEEDS OUR PRAYER AND HELP
God
has never stopped giving us His grace and mercy
in us. We believe in every way God is making ways
to unite us in faith, love, and concern. As members
of the family of believers, we, the Mandaluyong-San
Juan Region, implore you to please help our dear
sister MARICAR MAKALINTAL through prayers,
fasting and financial assistance. She has been suffering
from a kidney disease for almost two years now and
needs a kidney transplant. Her body has been deteriorating
that she needs to undergo dialysis three times a
week and needs to take maintenance medicines.
These
days, she has not been able to undergo dialysis
due to lack of finances. The liquid has accumulated
in her stomach which has caused her stomach to bloat.
Her condition is serious as the fluids may flood
her heart and lungs. Her blood pressure is very
high and her hemoglobin count is very low. She has
to maintain the dialysis before her transplant operation.
She also needs to take tests like cardio laboratory
test, OB and hemoglobin injection. Her father, Piong
Makalintal, would be her kidney donor. He also needs
to take an MRI test as he is being prepared for
the operation. Due to lack of finances, her parents
cannot even go to Manila to take care of her. Maricar
cannot go to the province as there is no dialysis
center there.
Maricar
is a faithful sister, serving God and the church
especially in the ushering ministry despite of her
condition. She was converted in the Campus Ministry
particularly Jose Rizal University (formerly JRC).
Her heart is so big to help others spiritually and
in other ways. We ask you earnestly with faith,
tears and humility to please help sustain her life.
We believe that it's God who will ultimately help
in her condition. Her life is in God's hands. We
want to appeal to your hearts for assistance in
saving Maricar's life.
This
will be a great blessing for Maricar and an encouragement
to her soul. Let's glorify our loving God by doing
so.
"The
King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever
you did for one of the least of these brothers of
mine, you did for me.'" Matthew 25:40
"Therefore,
as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people,
especially to those who belong to the family of
believers." Galatians 6:10
